At OORT Storage , we understand the importance of managing your credits and avoiding service interruptions. That's why we offer low credit alerts to help you stay on top of your account balance. With this feature, you can set a specific credit threshold, and we'll notify you if your balance falls below that threshold. This way, you can top up your account before your credits run out and avoid any service interruptions.
If you have an unpaid bill, your account will be paused until the outstanding balance is settled. Additionally, if you have not taken any action on your account for more than 15 days, all your data will be permanently deleted.
It's also important to note that by staying on top of your account balance and taking timely action, you can ensure that your data is always available when you need it.
